Almond Milk Porridge with Chia Berry Jam


250ml almond milk

45g porridge oats

2 tbsp chia berry jam (recipe on website)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp dried mulberries (optional)

A few fresh blueberries (optional)


  • Heat the porridge oats and almond milk over a medium heat for 3-5 until they start to thicken, pour into a bowl
  • Stir through the chia jam and top with the peanut butter, blueberries and dried mulberries

Almond milk porridge with chia berry jam! I love my porridge with lots of toppings especially berries, so chia jam is the perfect addition. It makes the porridge taste sweet and indulgent, it’s hard to believe it’s good for you!
