INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder (25g)
100g strawberries
1 banana
200ml rice milk
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blender until completely smooth
This chocolate and strawberry protein smoothie is so sweet and indulgent it’s hard to believe its healthy and so high in protein! It’s naturally gluten free, low fodmap and refined sugar free too! If you are after a more filling smoothie try adding a handful of gluten free porridge oats to the blender.
