INGREDIENTS:
250ml any plant-based milk
1 scoop chocolate vegan protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 banana
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
½ tbsp cacao nibs
½ tbsp dessicated coconut
METHOD:
Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy. It tastes really good poured over ice!

This post workout triple chocolate protein smoothie is the perfect drink after exercise plus its low fodmap, gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free. Bonus! The maca powder is an optional extra but I love adding it in my recipes as it adds a lovely malty flavour.
