Due to the perishable nature of the food products sold, I am not able to accept any returns or offer any refunds on orders once they have been shipped to you.
If you receive your order in anything other than tip-top shape then please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your order and I will endeavour to either supply a replacement or refund you. Please provide pictures of your order so I can review the contents.
If your order hasn’t arrived 10 working days after placing your order online then please contact me.
