100g fresh or frozen berries (I used 50g each of redcurrants and raspberries)
60ml almond milk
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Toppings of your choice e.g. pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp chia jam and a few redcurrants
- Combine everything except the toppings in a blender
- Pour into a bowl and cover with the toppings
This breakfast is so summery! I’m loving red berries at the moment especially red currants but you can use any berries in this summer berry smoothie bowl, I can imagine its delicious with strawberries! If you are short of time or would prefer a simple smoothie for breakfast you can add another 100ml of plant milk and pour it into a glass.
