100ml almond milk

100g strawberries

1 frozen banana

10cm cucumber

1 tbsp peanut butter

4-5 fresh mint leaves

1 tsp maca powder


  • Blend everything together until smooth
  • Top with fresh mint leaves

I love using mint in juices and smoothies as it’s amazing for digestion especially for anyone suffering with IBS (and it tastes so good!) so this strawberry and mint smoothie is perfect. The maca powder is purely optional but I use it in a lot of my recipes as it’s a great morning energy boost!
