2 large carrots
1 large or 2 small blood oranges
2 cm ginger
- Remove the skin from the blood oranges and chop all the other ingredients
- Put all ingredients through a juicer and pour over ice to enjoy
This summery blood orange and carrot juice tastes so summery and refreshing especially with the addition of the fiery ginger. I created this recipe after finding some beautiful, bright red blood oranges at my local greengrocers, not like the ones I’d seen supermarkets. They sell your basic, everyday fruit and veg but also have a selection exotic and unusual produce that changes regularly. I love visiting the shop to see what new options they have in store!
