INGREDIENTS:
150ml coconut milk
½ a frozen banana
150g frozen pineapple chunks
15cm cucumber
1 handful greens (i like spinach or watercress)
1 tsp supergreens powder
1 heaped tbsp hemp protein powder
METHOD:
- Simply add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie
Tropical hemp smoothie! Smoothies are my favourite breakfast during the week because they are so quick and easy to make before work. I love adding frozen pineapple to green smoothies as it makes them taste so summery and fresh. However you could swap it for kiwi or papaya for equally delicious smoothie. Its also pretty good as a smoothie bowl!
