Tropical Papaya and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 small or ½ large papaya

½ frozen banana

1 handful greens (such as spinach, kale or watercress)

100ml coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp supergreens powder

15cm cucumber

METHOD:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Top with any toppings of your choice, i like homemade granola and hemp seeds

Tropical papaya and coconut smoothie bowl! I only recently discovered smoothie bowls and now i can’t get enough of them! You can top them with pretty much anything like granola, oats, fresh fruit, dried fruit, hemp seeds, cacao nibs and so on. I am obsessed with fresh papaya at the moment it’s so fragrant and summery, especially eaten out of the skin with a squeeze of lime!
