INGREDIENTS:
1 kiwi
1 lime
1 handful spinach
1 gem lettuce
15cm cucumber
2cm ginger
METHOD:
Chop all the ingredients and push through a juicer, then pour over ice
Zesty Green Juice! Before I was diagnosed with IBS and discovered the fodmap diet I would always use apples to sweeten green juices. During the elimination process i found that apples caused a minor reaction so needed to find something else to replace them in juices. Kiwis are perfect because they are so sweet you only need to add one to get the perfect juice. I also like adding lime to green juices as I find it disguises any bitterness you may get from juicing leafy greens.
