I wanted to make a smoothie with leftovers in my fridge and came up with this delicious kiwi and parsley smoothie combination. I was convinced this one was going to be unpleasant but it might just my new favourite green smoothie! It’s also amazingly good for you!
Parsley is a great addition to a smoothie as it contains vitamin C and iron and is believed to be a great antioxidant. You may have noticed I love adding cucumber to my green smoothies, it adds a lovely refreshing taste to any smoothie.
